Ah, the Resilient Lady. I have had the pleasure of sailing on Virgin Voyages Resilient Lady twice, and let me tell you, this ship is like a breath of fresh sea air! It's a whole new ballgame compared to the usual cruise scene.
Here are some of my thoughts on why:🤔
-The captain and crew are all on the same level.
-No constant announcements or updates interrupting your chill time.
-The crew is free to be themselves, tattoos, piercings, and all.
-You don’t see a cruise director on this ship, announcing what is on - you're in charge of your own adventure.
-There are no name tags on doors - it's like a mystery game just finding your own room!
-Cabins are modern design, boasting a minimalist vibe.
-No standard cruise buffets - instead, make a reservation for a more personalized dining experience, even for breakfast and lunch.
-Wi-Fi is included, so you can stay connected to the world (or not, it's up to you).
-You won't find any large multi-level atriums here - but who needs those, right?! The bars and entertainment are pretty cool with some great live music.
-How about some free fitness classes to get those endorphins pumping? And when you're done, treat yourself to some delicious, creamy ice cream - no soft serve here, only the real deal.
-Get inked up at our Squid Ink Tattoo shop, or tame your mane at the Stubble and Groom barbers or Dry Dock hairdresser and then shop 'til you drop at the specialty stores!
-And for the adults, there have got games galore - even dodgeball for you wild ones.
